Pre-Move Assessment
We advise the completion of a quick pre-move assessment (photos/video call or onsite) to confirm inventory, access, addresses/stops, and timing.

Quotes apply only to the stated scope of work and assumptions. Unless expressly stated as fixed-price, all removal and related services are provided on an Indicative Service Estimate basis only. Actual costs may vary due to traffic, stairs, lifts, parking restrictions, weather, access limitations, item volume, labour requirements, disposal costs, delays or changes to scope.

Ideal for full home, multi-room, and larger moves.

Ideal for apartments, units, single items, smaller homes and customers who don’t require a large-scale removal.

UTE
Ideal for single items, small furniture moves, marketplace purchases, deliveries, unwanted item removal, green waste and smaller loads where a removal truck isn’t required.
Includes flat tray ute, professional crew, moving blankets, straps, trolley and basic tools.
Trailer available where additional capacity is required.

- Trailer Add-On: additional $35/hr

Ideal for general cleaning, spring cleans, move-in/move-out cleans and property preparation. Services can be booked independently or combined with moving, packing and property tidy-up services.
Includes professional cleaning team, standard cleaning equipment and general cleaning products. Specialist products or equipment can be arranged where required.
Additional charges may apply for specialist products, equipment or cleaning requirements outside the agreed scope. Any additional costs will be advised upfront..

Ideal for general yard tidy-ups, garden maintenance, weeding, light pruning, leaf and debris clearing and basic outdoor property preparation.
Includes professional team, standard hand tools and basic equipment appropriate to the agreed service. Green waste removal can also be arranged where required

Dense, thorny, overgrown or difficult vegetation—including bougainvillea and similar plants—may require additional labour, protective equipment, specialist tools or additional green waste removal. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition, volume and accessibility of the vegetation and will be advised where applicable.
GREEN WASTE & UNWANTED ITEM REMOVAL
Ideal for garden clean-ups, green waste, unwanted furniture and household items. We provide efficient loading and removal, with recycling or donation considered where practical.
Disposal/tip fees apply as applicable. Dense or thorny vegetation, including bougainvillea, may require additional labour or equipment.

Ideal for customers who need assistance preparing for a move, packing household items, unpacking at their new property or getting settled after moving.
Includes professional packing/unpacking assistance and careful handling and organisation of belongings. Can be booked as a standalone service or added to a smaller move.

Boxes, packing materials and specialist protective materials are additional where required and will be discussed prior to service.
ASL Fetch Terms
how time is charged
Chargeable time runs depot → job → depot.
Time includes:
- Loading & unloading
- Travel between addresses
- Tip runs
- Waiting time or access delays
Example: 1.5 hrs on site + 0.5 hr each way travel = 2.5 hrs billed
additional charges and conditions
To keep our base rates fair, the following may apply:
STAIRS AND MULTI-LEVEL ACCESS
Additional time may apply for stairs, multi-level access or unavailable/restricted lifts.
Long Carry Distance
Additional time may apply where the carry distance exceeds 20 metres.
HEAVY, OVERSIZED OR AWKWARD ITEMS
Heavy or awkward items may require additional crew or equipment. Stand-alone pianos, pool tables and other heavy-item moves attract a minimum 4-hour charge.
Packing Materials
Boxes, wrap, tape and other packing materials are charged separately where required.
disassembling/ Assembling furniture
Basic disassembly and reassembly may be available by prior agreement.
APPLIANCE CONNECTION & DISCONNECTION
Connection or disconnection of fridges, washing machines and other appliances is not included in our standard service. Please refer to our Client Terms & Conditions.
GREEN WASTE, RECYCLING & TIP FEES
Disposal, tip and recycling fees apply as applicable. Council tip vouchers are welcome where accepted.
DENSE OR THORNY VEGETATION
Bougainvillea, thorny, dense or heavily overgrown vegetation may require additional labour, equipment or handling charges.
WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Weekend, public holiday and approved after-hours rates apply as listed.
WAITING TIME & DELAYS
Waiting time and delays outside our control are charged at the applicable service rate.
ADDITIONAL LABOUR & EQUIPMENT
Additional crew, vehicles, trailers or specialist equipment are charged where required.
