Pre-Move Assessment

We advise the completion of a quick pre-move assessment (photos/video call or onsite) to confirm inventory, access, addresses/stops, and timing.

Hourly Rates — 41 m³ Truck

Ideal for full home, multi-room, and larger moves.

Includes truck, professional crew, moving blankets, straps, trolley, and basic tools.

41 m³ truck; additional capacity arranged as needed.

  • Standard 2-Person Move: from $190/hr (Mon-Fri)
  • 3-Person Faster Move: from $260/hr (Mon-Fri)
  • Saturdays: +$25/hr
  • Sundays/Public Holidays: by request (+$50/hr)

Minimum booking: 4 hours (all days)

Note: A small fuel adjustment may apply depending on current diesel prices and travel distance. This will always be advised upfront.

Hourly Rates — Flat tray Ute

Perfect for small moves, single items, deliveries, and tip runs.
Includes ute, straps, blankets, and equipment

  • 1-person crew: from $110/hr (Mon-Fri)
  • 2-person crew: from $160/hr (Mon-Fri)
  • Saturdays: +$25/hr
  • Sundays/Public Holidays: by request (+$50/hr)

Minimum booking: 2 hours (all days)

Tip fees charged at cost only (no markup). Tip vouchers accepted and applied where available. Time billed at standard hourly rates.

Where practical, we try to recycle or rehome usable items through local waste management centre Treasure Markets, charity shops, and other community reuse options.

TRAILER ADD ON TO UTE

Increase capacity and reduce trips.

  • Trailer add-on: + $30/hr
  • Operated by ASL Fetch crew
  • Includes straps and tie-downs
  • Must be booked with vehicle and crew

how time is charged

Chargeable time runs depot → job → depot.

Time includes:

  • Travel to and from site
  • Loading & unloading
  • Travel between addresses
  • Tip runs
  • Waiting time or access delays

Example: 1.5 hrs on site + 0.5 hr each way travel = 2.5 hrs billed

To keep our base rates fair, the following may apply:

STAIRS AND MULTI-LEVEL ACCESS

Extra time may be required where lifts are unavailable.

Long Carry Distance

Applies where parking is more than 20m from entry.

Heavy or Awkward Items

Safes, pianos, pool tables, stone tops, commercial equipment, oversized furniture may require extra crew or equipment.

Packing Materials

Boxes, wrap, tape and protective materials supplied at cost or quoted separately.

Cay be provided upon prior discussion and agreement.

Tip Fees

Disposal fees are passed through at cost only. No markup. Receipts available. Where possible usable items will be donated. Please note there are additional charges for items such as mattresses, fridges, tyres. See MBRC Rates:

Weekend and public holiday rates apply as listed.

Delays

Waiting time or delays outside our control are chargeable.
